Well...today is Sunday, October 14th. My usual day to food prep, make my plan for my workouts, enjoy Date Night, and get in the right mindset to have a successful week ahead.
While I'm still prepping and getting in a positive mindset...today feels a very different. I have only 3 days left before my surgery to exercise. Should I? Sunday is typically my rest day. But, I'll be off recovering for 6 weeks and docs orders are NO EXERCISE. That is putting me in a mindset of the "unknown". Will I recover fast? Will I be one that has complications? How will I "really" feel? Maybe I'll get released early to start a slow entry into exercise again?
Everyone keeps telling me I'll be fine. Everyone keeps telling me it's the best thing they ever did. So...I'm going with that. I'm leaving it in HIS hands and know that whatever is in the plan for me...will be.
