I'm all about sharing what I love with others. I've been doing it in the health and fitness world for almost a decade. Below are my favorite things that may help you as well. I do earn commissions on the items below - but you won't find anything on here that I don't use and love personally. Happy Shopping!
I finally joined the cool kids club and bought a frother. I've just shaken up my pre-workout for years. I guess I didn't know what I was missing. This one works well and is a great for your wallet.
Over the years, I've searched high and low for a protein that I enjoy to compliment my daily superfood shake. There are a few that I enjoy baking with or adding as an additional scoop to include more protein in my daily intake. I've enjoyed every flavor from Truvani as well as some other supplements they offer.
This is just ONE of the MANY supplements that I've loved from Amy Myers MD. I've struggled with digestive issues for quite some time - and Leaky Gut Revive has truly helped me in all areas of a bathroom experience. IYKYK
I've truly enjoyed the flavors I've tried so far. Mango Chili may be my favorite for sure. It says to mix it with 16-32 oz. and I definitely enjoy it better with 32 oz. of water. The salty flavor is refreshing and is a great change up to my regular water intake routine. This LMNT Sampler Pack is perfect for giving it a try. It's only $14.
HOME GYM EQUIPMENT
This 8 x 6 ft. Thick Premium Ultra-Durable Non-Slip Rubber Workout Mat has been great. I used to flip my yoga mat around and around during my workouts to make it work with certain moves. This has been great. And it has not left tiny black pieces all over me like my yoga mats used to.
These Functional Fitness Bands have been the best thing I've gotten to help me with pull-ups and chin-ups. I used to do all the modifications during workouts because I couldn't even complete one rep of a pull up. I currently use the green band. As I gain strength, I hope to progress to the purple as it will provide less help than the green band.
I had been using a chair, barstool, or my weight bench for years. Did they work? Sure. But they never gave me the same stability and height needed for my barre workouts at home. This Portable Free Standing Barre has been perfect. Lightweight, yet sturdy.
This Chin Up Bar has been a nice upgrade from the one that I used to use that went over my door frame. I'm able to feel much more secure and truly work on my strength to complete a pull up. I still need the Chin Up Assist Bands, but this bar is really helping me focus my efforts.
I'm not sure what happened after I turned 40 - let's say perimenopause. But all of the sudden, when I go on planes and that dang air stops blowing while you're heading out to the runway...I start feeling claustrophobic and panic sets in. This little gadget has been a lifesaver. Yes, the air is truly cold. And no...the other passengers can't hear it - even on HIGH. It will be going with me on all flights from now on.
I love how these snap closed. I love that they don't crack like my plastic ones did. And glass...is better for us when we heat it up in the microwave. It was an upgrade I finally needed to make.
2 ingredients - yep, that's it. There's only apples and one other fruit blended together in these mini bars. My favorite is apple-strawberry, but I've enjoyed every flavor so far. And yes, even the teen step-daughter asks me to buy these.
