20 Minutes Can Change Your Life

 What takes 20 minutes?
  1. Cooking dinner
  2. Taking a shower
  3. A drive to work
  4. Helping with your child's math homework.
  5.  Figuring out where to go out to eat.
  6. Deciding what Netflix series to start.

The list could go on and on. I could've added scrolling social media...but, I bet if I checked your screen-time report - - - - it would say WAY more than 20 minutes a day. 

So what's my point here?
We all have plenty of "20 minute" pockets throughout the day to fill.  But, how we go about choosing our activities or making certain activities more of a priority...is up to each person. 

We all have the same 24 hours in a day.  We all are busy...everyone's "busy" looks different...but we are all busy. Right?

So let me share with you how I choose to use a certain "20 minute" pocket of my day that is literally changing my life and could yours as well.
It began when an at-home workout program got released on January 14th.  I decided I was going to commit to completing the program from start to finish. I also decided to host an online accountability group to support those that wanted to do it with me. I was even going to share my meal plan with the group - so that everyone could see what I was doing to have success over the next 6 weeks.

Launch groups like this have been so life changing for me over the years. Plus, I've always been a HUGE supporter of Shaun T and how motivating he is in life all together.  BONUS....the program is only 20 minutes a day. SAY WHAT???

Well...you might think I'm just the crazy fitness girl...so of course I was going to like it.  Don't just take my word for it.  Check out some of the posts that have came in already from a few of my friends. 
Yes...we could all spend our 20 minutes scrolling social media, or reading blogs (wink wink)...or we could use that time to freaking DO SOMETHING good for ourselves and FEEL amazing when we get done. These women are proud of themselves.  They are smiling knowing they are doing HARD things. They are CHOOSING to make just one of those "20 minute" pockets of time to be ALL ABOUT THEM. 

That is when success, confidence and results start to come in.  Both inside and on the outside. 
The hardest part is getting started...then...it's sticking with it...but that's where the group and MY COACHING  come into play.  We will support you when you are sore, we will support you when you want to celebrate tiny wins. LIFE isn't as hard when you do things with other people that lift you up.
