 I am SO excited for the launch of our newest program - #mbf- Muscle Burns Fat! And the most exciting part… it’s really two programs in one - #mbfa (Muscle Burns Fat Advanced) is designed to be completed right after! I cannot wait for 6 full weeks of new workouts!

What is #mbf?

Basics:
  • Super Trainer Megan Davies (winner of The 20s and creator of Clean Week)
  • Two 3 week programs designed to be done back to back
  • 25-45 minute workouts
  • Set to music so you can push your pace, find your rhythm, and let the music help drive you to burn maximum calories.
  • 7 days a week: M/W/F- Strength training, T/H- Cardio, Saturday- EMOMs (every minute on the minute), Sunday- Recovery

​#mbf is made up  of two 3-week programs—#mbf Muscle Burns Fat and #mbfa Muscle Burns Fat Advanced—designed to be done back-to-back. #mbf is perfect for beginners and will lead you right into #mbfa. Led by Super Trainer Megan Davies, these 25- to 45-minute strength-training and cardio workouts will help you tone, tighten and scorch calories!

Who is Megan Davies?

Super Trainer Megan Davies is the creator of #mbf - Muscle Burns Fat. Megan began her career as a personal trainer in college. She then spent years training clients and expanding her skills, earning certifications from the NSCA and the Fitness Institute International, and opening her own gym. After winning the Beachbody fitness reality show, THE 20s (which you can watch on BOD!), Megan was chosen as the next Beachbody Super Trainer to create her first program, Clean Week. I am so excited for you to get to know her - she is so upbeat and her attitude helps me power through my workouts!

When Can I Start?
  • June 29: #mbf free Sample Workout launch
  • July 7th: Coaches can purchase and start workouts
  • July 20: #mbfa Sample workout launch
  • July 27th: Customers can purchase and start workouts
  • August 17th: #mbfa workouts start
  • Late December 2020: #mbf and #mbfa on BOD
What equipment is required?
  • Light, medium and heavy dumbbells
  • BOD Rope - our new weighted indoor jump rope!

What is the nutrition plan like?
All #mbf Challenge and Completion packs include BOTH UPF and 2B Mindset - our AMAZING premium nutrition plans - so we will be able to focus on the nutrition program that works best for you.
This combination of nutrition and fitness is amazing!

What support will I have?
My test groups are so much fun and such an amazing way to stick to your plan, answer questions, stay motivated and connect with other people doing the same program! These groups are what have kept me on track - they hold me accountable and keep me motivated!

I am so excited about the release of our newest program- Barre Blend! This low impact workout will seriously change your body- if you want to chisel your waist, define your arms, lean out your legs, and lift and firm your booty (who doesn’t?!), you will love this program!

What Is Barre Blend?

This 6 week program has  40 full-body workouts that include high-rep, small-range movements and isometric holds, as well as compound, full-range exercises, targeted core work, and dynamic stretches. And every 30- to 40-minute workout includes light weight training and cardio intervals to keep your heart rate up so you can burn maximum calories and fat.

Barre Blend requires no dance or ballet experiences and is perfect for all fitness levels. Start by following the modifier or kick it up a notch with weights and bands. You won’t believe the amazing workout you get from a “low impact” workout.

And this program also focuses on strengthening your mind! This program comes with “I AM” daily motivation cards to help you cultivate a positive mindset every day. 

Here is what is included:
-2 prep workouts to introduce you to the program
-40 unique workouts - there are 4 phases with 5 workouts in each. Elise ups the intensity every 2 weeks!
-5 Bonus workouts- these 10 minute workouts up the intensity and target specific body parts
-3 Recovery Workouts
- I AM Daily Motivation Cards- Elise pulls one of these cards before each workout and bases the workout on the card. You can use them yourself to stay motivated through the program- and even use them in your morning routine!

Who is Elise Joan?

You might remember Elise Joan, the creator of Barre Blend, from 3 Week Yoga Retreat! She is a former professional dancer and has taught exercise classes for over a decade. She loves to incorporate mind/body training (hence the I AM cards and daily affirmations!). She is known for her positive, joy filled teaching style and has appeared on Lifetime Television, ABC News, CBS News, Amazon.com and more! Her passion for this workout shines through- you are going to love her!
Important Dates:
November 25- Sample Workout Available
December 16- Barre Blend available for purchase
January 13- Barre Blend Day 1!
*Between December 16 and January 13 we will be following a prep calendar to prepare for day 1!*
What equipment is required?
Light dumbbells are required- 1 - 5 pounds should be good for most people. These are very high rep exercises so low weight is perfect!
Loops and barre socks are optional!
What support will I have?
I will be hosting a test  group to motivate and support all the women who join me! We'll create a little community and cheer each other on. It's just amazing and so effective! 
Since this is a test group, it will be the first time anyone has done these workouts! I cannot wait to experience this program together and see everyone’s results!

I could never do what she does...

I hear that all the time...and I used to think the same thing when I would see people working out or eating healthy meals. But...I had to do something. I wan't happy with myself...so I knew I had to start. 

Well...it started with Cinnamon Toast Crunch. Yep, that's right. A sugary cereal was the beginning of my health journey. You'll have to watch below to learn how I've progressed. 

Point is...starting is the hardest part. Then, we just learn as we go.
