![]() Yesterday I woke up. Put on my tank top and shorts. Went up to workout. Worked out. Took a few videos like I normally do... Scrolled the old Facebook memories before getting in the shower and 🙀🙀🙀🙀. Same tank top. One year ago...yesterday to be exact. Kinda weird. But anyway...what I was in shock about was how different I looked. 😲😲😲😲 By no means was I unhappy back then...I have felt pretty confident for quite some time about my fitness level and body image, etc. BUT...the scale hasn’t moved in a downward direction in almost a year...it’s actually gone up in a range of 2-5 lbs. over the year. Even though I’m kicking ass with workouts. 💪🏼💪🏼 So what’s my point- although I keep comparing BEFORE/AFTER’s for each program I've been doing. I’ve only been seeing subtle changes from month to month. Today though...Seeing this from ONE YEAR ago to now...there are HUGE changes. 💯👌🏼 Long story short - push the damn play button. Lift the freaking heavy weights. Eat a crap load of veggies and drink your water. 😜😜 And please - DO NOT pay hundreds of dollars a month for gym memberships when you can get amazing results for $99 a YEAR. 🔥🙌 That is all. Our accountability groups rock. And I’m so thankful for the friends and family that are in them with me...and for being on this journey called life...TOGETHER. ❤️❤️
